Applicant Requirements

The applicant shall be a foreigner who abides by the laws and regulations of China and the disciplines of the school, who is of a good character and respects the customs and cultures of the Chinese people;

Who must have a master’s degree recognized by the Ministry of Education of China, and shall not be more than 40 years old before entering the education;

Excellent academic performance;

Who hasn’t been awarded with any other scholarships by the Chinese Government at the same time.

Application Steps

Step 1 – Apply directly to admissions office of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Step2 – Submit all your application documents to admissions office of LNUTCMIEC before the deadline

Application Documents

Application Form for Scholarships for Foreign Students of the Government of Liaoning Province of China, must filled in by the applicant (the application form have to included the reference and comments by your tutor, the definition of your tutor’s research must be the same as that of the application for a professional research; as well as your Tutor’s department audit opinions );

A notarized copy of the highest educational background certificate and academic transcript;

The original and photocopy of the certificate of current employment or education.

A Study Plan or Research Proposal （written in Chinese or English）.This should be a minimum of 1000 words.The components of study plan are the understanding of China, the university ,the major applied and the planning for the future.The study plan must be signed by the Chinese tutor for PHD applicant.

Two Recommendation Letters（written in Chinese or English）;The components of Recommendation Letters are the requirement of the learning objectives for applicant,cooperation between Chinese university or Chinese tutors and foreign tutors or university and the evaluation of comprehensive abilities and future development for applicant.

Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by a professor or an associate professor.

A photocopy of the valid passport: please provide a photocopy of the complete personal information page;

The copy of valid HSK4 Certificate ( HSK results are valid for only 2 years)；

If the applicant has any achievements in publishing thesis’s , please attach a list (including the title of the thesis, the name of the publisher, the date of publication, etc.);

If the applicant has outstanding talents, please attach the relevant awards certificate or work;

Foreigner Physical Examination Form

The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.

FORM FOR PROVISONAL ACCEPTANCE OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENT (MASTER/PHD) BYLIAONING UNIVERSITY OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE

Letter of commitment

Police Clearance Certificate；The applicant have to submit Police Clearance Certificate issued by the local public security authority,and are valid for only 6 months.

Note:
The above materials need to be translated into Chinese or English if they are not in the languages required.

All documents should be bound together on left in the order of 4.1 to 4.13. （You should submit FOUR sets of bound documents）. Submit all your application documents to admissions office of LNUTCMIEC before the deadline may 07th，2022 .No application documents will be returned. And All documents copy send by mail to lnutcmiec@hotmail.com with mail title “LIAONING Province Government.
